  • We started operating the PF storage ring today.
  • New kicker magnets for beam injection were installed during the winter shutdown.
  • The first beam has been successfully injected at 3:46 p.m. using the new kickers.
  • We are mainly working on the beam injection.

  • We are starting up the PF ring. Machine tuning is underway.

  • The beam was lost and the V. wiggler was quenched when the beam on swich was depressed. After the wiggler was excited, injection was restarted from 10:22.
